ICS Inspectors, LLC welcomes Steve Samos from Houston, Texas as Director of Inspections. Steve has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and home building industry with a specialization in the energy sector. He is HERS Rater certified through RESNET and Residential Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner certified through the International Code Council.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. In his free time, he enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, spending time with his family, and trading.
