ICS Inspectors, LLC welcomes David Frank as our Field Inspector serving the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Metropolitan Area. David has a lengthy and rich experience in the construction industry, having worked as a project manager for several Texas-based companies. He is actively working towards his HERS Rater credentials.

David is an avid outdoors man with a passion for hunting and fishing. He is a huge sports fan who loves the Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys. David, his wife, and two kids live in Little Elm, Texas.
