ICS Inspectors is continuing its regional expansion across the Pacific Northwest, welcoming three new HERS inspectors to support growing residential and commercial markets in Washington and Oregon.

Lucio Penaloza has joined the team to cover the Seattle and surrounding metropolitan markets. Morgan Martinelli has come on board to service the Portland, Oregon and surrounding regional markets. Joe Capilli has also started to help service the Tacoma and surrounding markets.

These additions enhance the field inspection capacity for ICS, ensuring dedicated local HERS inspectors across key Pacific Northwest hubs.
